Yes....pretty much all the springs have sleeves...

Yes....pretty much all the springs have sleeves on a coil or two to keep them from making noise. Check with LG and see if there were supposed to have sleeves and see it they'll let you switch them...

Do they have any plastic sleeves over some of the coils? Maybe call or go by LG and have them listen and give you any suggestions.
