don't need to do anything with lifters unless you want to change them, after spring pressure released off rockers just rotate cam to push lifters away from cam, slide out cam, slide in replacement....

Isn't the LS9 a 3 bolt camshaft? you won't need tensioner with that if it is, just a damper if you want as optional. You will prob need to grind cover for double roller or aftermarket front cover.

Think it would depend on tune you are running, if you are using stock whipple tune I think that's setup for modded stock air box with KN filter, you could prob gain HP with a custom tune for it.

I think a lot of issues come with people re-oiling their own pre-oiled filter & putting too much oil onto filter which then causes issues with MAF sensor getting excess oil on it.
