I had the same issue when I installed my R1 Concepts ceramic pads and slotted/drilled rotors. I used CRC Brake and Caliper grease on all of the metal to metal contact points and no more squeal.

Update. Replaced the downstream driver side O2. Checked the bolts on the SC and many were lose. Tightened the bolts and she running much better. Still need to replace the passenger side O2.
