CAFE numbers are more likely to be the reason, IMO.

I managed to get 26.1 mpg on a 220 mile freeway trip this week, with the cruise control set at 78 mph.

Would've been higher at a lower speed, I'm sure, but I was pretty happy with that....

Yeah, if you disconnected the battery cable during the intake install, you'll need to re-do the window settings for the auto up/down feature. Look on pages 2-16 and 2-17 of your owner's manual.

Close, but not quite. Has nothing to do with the RS package. It's purely based on tire speed rating. Camaros with 18 inch wheels have tires rated to 118. Camaros with 19 inch or larger wheels...
