A ported throttle body improves throttle response. the Vitesse Controller just tricks your car into thinking that when you are at 1/4 throttle it means 1/2 throttle. (that is just an example)

Great place for good prices. Honestly I would just buy the lifter trays, dampner, and arp crank bolt new since buying used and shipping will be about the same.
