Toe is not measured in degrees. Only caster and camber are measured in degrees. Never seen an option on an alignment machine for degrees of toe. Only fraction or decimal readout.

Plug in a scanner and see which cylinder is misfiring. It will have to be a good scanner though, not the cheap code reader from Advance or AZ. Your tuner most likely turned off the individual misfire...

I doubt it's the thermostat. Check your coolant level first. If that's fine, I'd look at the cooling fans and the circuit that controls them.

Forgeline makes a bracket for the TPMS that bolts into the wheel and places the sensor in the drop well. It leaves the sensor mounted to the valve stem so the car will read them and allow programming.

Forgeline has a bracket that mounts the entire sensor and valve stem inside the tire. You do have to drill a hole in the wheel to mount the bracket though.
