That should be ok. I am running the same 20 x 10 +23 ZL1 wheel up front that also comes on the 1LE with a 285-35-20. Your +35 in the rear will be fine.

I would go straight to F.I. You can always sell the F.I. used for a reasonable price as compared to used internals. 3.91's are too steep for a L99 IMO.

I just got my PSS 's in 285-35-20's. No more squealing and better handling than those Nitto 275-40-20 wagon tires.

What are your current offsets? The factory 20 x 9" wheel has a +40 offset and the 285-35-20 will rub on the front and a 9" wheel is not recommended for that tire. Try to go with 20 x 10's all around...
