Eyelets through the floor with a plate on the back side. G-force sells them. I customized a bracket for the crotch belt. Bracket bolts to front of the seat mounts. I can send you a pic if you want.

This is true to an extent. I trimmed my wheel well to follow the inside curve The bolts will push the wheel well out and possibly rub on the tire if you don't do this.

You have to look close in...

Unless you want to pull the engine apart, check the inside of your throttle body for buildup. That should give you an idea anyway.
