When I was stock, I never had any engine heat related issues. Was only running 20 minute sessions. Brake fade is a much bigger problem. Get some high temp DOT 4 brake fluid and change it often.

I suspect tire balance, but did you give the tires time to warm up? The stock P Zeros tend to flat spot especially when its cold. Not sure what tires you are running now.
