Took the car to the track yesterday and the car performed wonderfully, but I'd imagine these weight reduction tricks are more useful for drag racing where roughly every hundred pounds equals 0.1s off...

Correct, this is what the rear trunk access latches to. After it's taken off, you simply take everything out through the passenger door. =]

Depends on your dealership, mine is a full aftermarket suspension so I didn't want to hand it off to the dealership.. But at least they warranty their work, and if anything doesn't seem right...

I had the same exact issue, the shop that installed my sway bars stripped the bolt - simple fix. Just pay GM to install chassis ears and they should be able to figure it out pretty quickly.

That's odd, it does sound like an tuning problem with your tune then - it shouldn't be bogging / cutting power if you have traction fully turned off.

Are you sure your traction control is off completely (hold traction button for ~5 seconds)? Also try lowering your DRs to 24 PSI, at 30 PSI my traction control activates and the entire car bogs down....

Yes sir, it's rated at 540 CCA. Our stock batteries are rated at 720 CCA, but I live in the dessert, so cold starts aren't a huge concern for me. ;)
