Dash pad fading

First off, I'm apologizing in advance if there is already a thread about this. I searched and couldn't find one. My 02 WS6, dash pad is fading a little. Not the hard plastic, but the soft material....

I'd be willing to bet the real seal as well. But it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and replace the oil pan gasket while you're under there.

Thanks, got it going into the shop Monday. It was mainly a lot of scratches except for the bad gouge. Told me it would take probably just over a week to finish.
