this thread will get much more traffic if you call this the rear package tray. The decklid implies the sheet metal trunk lid. :) Funny video and very informative. I would not want to wedge myself...

I went from 2010 to 2013. Granted, mine were/are LS3's but the 13 is definitely a stronger car, with the electric PS and it definitely handles better. Will always miss my 2010 R6P car, though.
