Sounds like whoever did your tune didn't raise the shift points and or rev limiter, if you are running a canned tune, then that's your problem.

If you have a returnless system, you have a leak inside the tank if it's bleeding off pressure that quick and it won't hold fuel pressure up top, that could be your issue, I've had that problem...

I'm sure it's holding your lighter weight vette just fine, it wouldn't hold a 4,200 lb Gen5 though, that's why they increased the clamping pressure 30% for the camaros, plenty of the earlier corvette...

All clutches can fail, went through 2 Mantic 9000's with around 1000 miles each and only 1 trip to the drag strip one failed at 700 rwhp, I have a DYAD now so far no problems, but I haven't taken it...
