Correct. Both the ZL1 hoods (all model years) and the 2014+ SS & Z/28 hoods will not match the cowl lines on the bumper covers of 2010-2013 SS's.

Yes but it will require different headlights and probably a wiring harness adapter. Plus the hood cowl lines on a 2014 are wider than the hood cowl lines on a 2013 front bumper. So to look correct...
