It is 2.25" piping on this kit. We bump it up because our tips have a 2.5" inlet, but if you're adding new tips to our kit, the inlet size of the pipe on the kit is 2.25". Thanks:)

That's correct....the extra wool from break in can get in the J pipes...totally normal and does no harm. If you loosen all of the clamps again and center everything before tightening, it should line...

Hello and thanks for your support. The smell is perfectly normal. It is the oil that is on the pipes burning off during the initial drive cycles.

The exhaust willl also quiet a bit as it breaks...
