Ive had 325 m&h racemasters and now 305 mt et street R's on my 17x10 rear wheels and the m&h hooked better on the street, havent been to track with the mt yet

Have you ever been to the track? If so what does your car run? Says the mclaren will run mid 10's @ ~134mph. I doubt u will be anywhere close to that with a manual trans.

Just look on the fast list at track times and what transmission they have. There are only a handfull of stick cars even in the 10's. Only 2 that i know of made it into the 9's the ligenfelter car...
