Nice. I just got an 08 2500 HD its a real beast even with just the gas motor. My friend picked up a 15 1500 with the 6.2 its really powerful (powerful enough to pull me out of a snowbank yesterday!)

you cannot change file formats by simply changing the extension. What you experienced is simply whatever you were using to play it supports both formats. Mp3 and WAV are very different audio...
