For everyone's info. GM's guidelines for oil consumption is maximum 1Qt per 2,000 miles....which equates to 0.5Qt per 1,000 miles. GM doc number 4292420 or #01-06-01-011I explains all the details....

I personally hated the clutch in mine and I worked out a deal with CenterForce to develop a new twin for the 6th Gen....

These cars use a conventional "overflow" bottle. It is exposed to atmospheric pressure and will require periodic checking and adding as the water evaporates...especially in our hot summer...
