At 600 i would bet the 2300 will have lower iats, now you are talking about two different setups so that comes into play...I would do what you like the look of best.You will also get more for a 2300...

I would only use the NW, and there is no trade in allowance. It is a good easy way to gain 25-35 hp , you may hear stories of the 102s closing but it shouldn't happen at your power level.
