You won't need a tune in terms of engine performance, just speedo recal . However, if you had your car tuned to accept 21" wheels, I'd recommend that you get it retuned for the 19's.

The ZL1 shift knob uses a set screw to keep it in place, where as the stock 2010 shifter is pressed in and held by friction. Not sure if that will work.

The 19" square setup is proven. The smaller wheel/tire package gain you in unsprung weight and a slight gain in final rear drive ratio.
