Does the battery start the car? You could pull the battery and have it tested. Batteries are prorated for warranty,you may be past that. Do you have 3 yr. 36000 mile warranty left? It may Be covered...

Sounds like you narrowed it down to the two most suspicious culprits..if your gonna throw parts at it I'd start with the battery,it's probably nearing its lifespan

Try driving from the passenger seat when the cel isnt on....j/k...it's probably coincidental with the seat and cel..tune the rear o2's out and with it, the cel....

Simple as that. The first representative I talked to didn't have a clue.. I thought it might have something to do with the sensors being connected because the tune seemed to exite the CEL more often...
