I can take pictures of the tires just give me a little white, and yes even at speed the steering wheel will shake when I brake. However, nothing shakes when I'm going below 65-70.

I guess vibration would be the wrong way to describe it since there is definitely steering wheel shake involved.

No my car isn't lowered, but knowing my wheels are balanced and my car is aligned...

I'm having the worst luck with this car and highway driving vibration. Imagine having your tires unbalanced all the way around and now imagine driving 75 on the highway. That's what my car feels like...
