Had the pump running for bout 10mins while shooting burst of air into the reservoir. Still no success. I'll try what one guy suggested in the link Buffer provided and use a garden hose to the hose...

Checked the wires. Connections are good. I just can't check the connection on the bottom of the pump to see if it some how got loose but shining a light on it it looks to be on there.
