Some of my favorite cars were the 1960's Impalas...

Some of my favorite cars were the 1960's Impalas (coupes, of course). The SS sedan, while a great performer, has such bland styling--or lack thereof. To me it looks like any 90's sedan.

I had factory chrome salad shooters on my '96 Z28. They were easy to clean and keep clean. Still looked new after 15 years. Keep what you've got. I don't get the appeal of all black wheels.

When it's time to replace the P Zeros, I'll probably go with either the Cooper Zeon RS3-S or the Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval Indy 500's. Can't decide between those two.

The styling was a bit too "batmobile" for me. Too many wings and scoops on the 4th gens. And I never liked pop up headlights. The last year of Firebird that I liked was 1978.

How is everyone getting the lug nut area so clean? I've used Q-Tips and have squeezed micro fiber towels in there to wipe the area, but still can't get them perfectly clean. What's the trick?
