What mods bump up resale value what doesn't?

Nothing actually helps. Don't pretend to customize your car and assume it improves your resale value. Don't pretend to leave it stock expecting a gain either. It will do what the market demands.

What I miss most from Chicago is the gyros on practically every corner and Barnelli's. On my experience, the best burritos come from Chipotle and El Mezcal (Lawrence, Kansas).

I respectfully disagree. Wheels might see a little extra action, so you should plan on doing it again when it has chips, but I've seen some really clean Plasti Dip on cars.

If you clear it, it shouldn't come back right away. You might consider leaving the CEL until right before the inspection and clearing it down the street from the inspection facility.

I don't know that any kits require the LS3 conversion, but it is strongly recommended if you have additional goals, including a cam.
