I don't think it is a regulator issue--reason...

I don't think it is a regulator issue--reason behind that is because when you took the line off the bottom of the regulator to see if it was plumbed correctly, there was still a wait time before fuel...

I have never seen one of the squash fuel pump units yet, but just from reading all this it sounds to me like one of the check valves is malfunctioning on the SECOND pump that is wired to activate off...
