I see that Apex sells a Pfadt kit with trailing arms and toe rods to help with elimination of the wheel hop that I am experiencing when speed shifting from 1st to 2nd. Anyone have these installed...

I am getting wheel hop in my first to second shift on the track. Normal?
Also, do you need to hold up the parking brake while staged or will the car stay still? I've been using the parking brake...
