Always go by the manual, which is by engineers and not some guy at the dealership. 100ft/lb is normal for cars... SUV's and Trucks normally 140, so the guys at the dealership just might be clueless

I like the NT05 but if you are using your Camaro as a DD, I would suggest All-Season or a less aggressive summer tire. And your not getting your car out in any snow with those tires listed....
