18s do hamper you in brake and suspension department if you are worried about that. I would suggest a wheel with custom offsets that is rotatable. Nothing wrong with rotating and getting more time...

Cobalt Friction pads are legit! All the high end track pads are pretty significant upgrades...I honestly dont know why people like hawk aside...
