The design is good, but it seems less aggressive than the C5. Will have to reserve judgement for when I see...

They seem to run in the 12's but trap a bit higher than our cars. I think on the strip we might have an edge, but from a roll they would pull a couple cars as they are all top end.

I prefer top mounted turbos. Easier to work on...

I prefer top mounted turbos. Easier to work on and dont have to worry about road debris/potholes and other dangers that NYC has.

best thing to do first is get a set of lightweight wheels, no sacrifices there (except your wallet...)

Stang comes with 18's compared to RS 20's so thats one of the main contributors off the bat.

SS has a weight advantage of 1-200lbs..a cammed SS should be able to keep up especially with wheel/tire/stall. not sure how common heatsoak is on the Z but it could have an effect also at the strip.
