What happens is if I turn off my car while the iPod is playing, when I turn it back on it re-indexes the whole 16gb iPod so either I unplug it and plug it in and it will play, or I wait til it's done...

I have a 16GB nano plugged in, if I turn the car off while it's playing it has to reindex when I turn the car on again, which I think it does to most of you. Most of the time my iPod is greyed out...
