I think you just have to muscle it back in there. I can't say that for sure, though. I've never had to put the stock stuff back in, just take it out.

Yep. The hardest pill to swallow was having to buy a new set of Mr. Feelgoods for the front. The bushings were cheap to replace. The tires, not so much. After my bushings went, so did my alignment.

We use poly bushing in some our control arms. You'll want to find a lithium based grease. You are correct, though. Just make sure it's not petroleum based. I made that mistake once and my bushing...
