As a poster stated earlier, the GT500 has a bigger Supercharger running more boost. All things being equal, even with the weight penalty the ZL1 has, I think the camaro has a slight advantage.

The difference is there's plenty left in the KB. Where as the 1.9 is maxed out at about 15-16 lbs. I believe you can get about 26 lbs of boost out if the KB 2.8.

But you will have to have the blower working at maximum capacity. Which causes reliability issues that can be avoided.

Id rather get the bigger blower and know that its making the same power...

The LS7 should not be used with forced induction. Yes mainly due to high compression. High compression engines are not meant to be used with forced induction.
