Update... Fixed !!! It was the Suspension Control Module. Bought a new one from Summit Racing swapped it out and programmed it using the new Techline Connect SPS2 App since GM started phasing out...

Very true and well stated, but im not giving up just yet, I called AC Delco and their support desk is super helpful they are able to remote tie into your laptop and configure the software for you....

I went with Mobile 1 Synthetic 10W-30 with the Mobile 1 Oil Filter since I live in the warm/HOT Texas climate. The 5W-30 is used for much colder climates.
