I just installed one of those. As noted, it won't go straight into the slot. I simply bent both tabs a bit to get the tap to clear the relay. Works just fine.

Tire Rack lists recommended wheel sizes. Having said that, 315 is wide on a 10" wheel. Depending on the brand, 285 or 295 would be best.

Buy a "quality" can and have it painted or powder coated. Most are black, but one of them offers basic colors (red, white, black, polished). I don't recall seeing custom colors offered.
