How much boost are you running? Might also look into the spring in the blow off valve might be too rigid. Tone it down until things work together and then slowly increase the boost.

Some guys are replacing their exhaust with a stock exhaust from an SS. Sounds better but at WOT, sounds like a ricer. For money issues, finding an SS exhaust is cheaper than aftermarket. Just sayin'
