Yeah I think the bolt pattern is correct, but hub size is not, so you'll need hub rings that fit, also you'll need to know the backspace. I think the backspacing is going to be a no go though.

OEM struts are cheaper and the Koni will make the ride a bit stiffer, so if you don't track/autocross you might be better off sticking with new OEM parts.
