I bought K&N cleaner/oil and used it, the oil is great but the cleaner is nothing special I would bet soap and water would do the same thing for ya.

I still believe that the fact that they smashed into gas pipes contributed to the fire anyway. Not buying the "it was the tires" being old that's just a marketing sceme to sell more shiz. sorry.

No they don't. It will not hurt anything if your unturned with LT's. Its sounds to me like OP has a bigger issue then what that since his car is stalling I would check the coils and check for leaks...
