If you have the 3.45 stock gears, then that equates to you turning 7,300 rpms at 60 mph. Hope your "mods" were intended to handle that because that's a whole lot of spin for an LS3.

Does anything in-between need to be tuned? Like E25, E50 or E75 tables? Or just the E100 and an E0?

What I'm unclear on is - put in a tank of E85 and optimize the tune for that. Then if you have a tank of 91 octane, can you tune for that too without messing up the E85 tune >> resulting in having...

That's just crazy. If I crank up the boost, maybe run E85 and adjust to 750rwhp uncorrected, then my corrected to sea level boost would "appear" to be 1,000rwhp.
Think I'm just do like the old days...

Now the caveat - the dyno numbers are corrected around 1.25-1.33 here at altitude, so the REAL rwhp is actually 506 hitting the ground for me (not 673, but it looks neat). That would make BHP around...

To clarify: Stock RWHP or BHP

I have a stock LS3 with plenty of fuel. I keep hearing crank up the boost until I reach 600, 650, 700, 750 HP, even 800 HP.

I see that running a stock LS3 with boost can handle 6xx or 7xx HP -...

Next task is to find a tuner that will do it around here. The past tuners I've had were the ones who've got me paranoid. Talked about not exceeding 7-9# boost on my LS3, definitely don't go past...

So, I've calculated it will take 17-19# boost to hit my stock LS3 with in order to produce a real 650rwhp corrected. Sounds scary when I'm at 10.4# now.

I guess that makes sense. Up the boost to obtain the same explosive forces in the cylinders to equate what the car can safely make at sea level. Right?

Any other changes like head bolts/studs necessary? Of course, the right spark plugs too. Or, are you just saying, crank up the boost to produce 750rwhp (with the accompanying (safe) tune)?

Turbo Boost tuning for altitude versus sea-level **TUNERS HELP**

I've been smoked by both (SC and TT). I've blown past both (SC and TT). Depending on how the car is setup, and how it's driven, depends on who passes the finish line first, SC or TT.

The OEM is a 2pc and what H-E is saying, they provide a 1pc (aluminum or carbon fiber). All are good but the 1pc will provide less losses if you're planning on running high HP.
