I just sprayed mine out and cleaned the holes out...

I just sprayed mine out and cleaned the holes out with close to the same size drill.
Works great, no whistle. Prior to that I had a slight whistle for a few min. at start up.

I thought of the same thing, seems like any parts store should have it but I can't seem to find it. Maybe have to call the dealer parts dept.
Hope this doesn't cause more oil usage.

Where are you getting the idea of plugging the drivers side tube? Sounds like trouble to me.

No that would be the wrong side, look on the passenger rear valve cover, the orifice fitting is there with a hose attached. Remove it and check for a clog, clean the metal orifice...
