Yea I've seen them run before and people get so caught up on that its a neon that they dont realize its not the base neon engine its dodges highly beefed up srt engine that is a beast in a neon body.

I agree with the comment SGOS made that it's impossible to say without a mod list of the SRT-4. If he is so willing to race for money then he most likely has a larger turbo, better internals, etc.
