Eibach springs - wheel vibration while turning

I hope I can get some help on this...

Installed the lowering springs, realigned, timed bushings. Suspension makes no noise at all BUT I now have a slight vibration/thumping in the steering wheel...

Turns out they located one exactly as I ordered minus the halo...

I have the OEM strut (front) out of the car with the spring removed. I have the Eibach spring in placed properly seated. I hand started the upper spring perch retaining nut...
