They are replacing the AFM exhaust actuator today. Not sure if...

I think it's the engine....But only happens when going from V4 to V8. When switching out of AFM, it puts a load on the engine because the RPM gauge moves 500-1000 RPM's during the AFM shift.

The dealership has already replaced the belt...

The dealership has already replaced the belt tensioner, per a TSB. But it didn't resolve the issue.

I am having the same issue with my 2017 SS...

I am having the same issue with my 2017 SS Camaro. A8 with NPP exhaust. Same V4 to V8 issue makes such a loud noise. It drives me insane.

Please let me know if you find out what the fix is.

My car is hard to get out of the grooves as well on the highways here in Dallas. Once those tires get in to it, it feels like the car moves in to the other lane. It's crazy ! I hear ya.
