Lower valence Plasti dip DIY?

Can anyone help me find a DIY on plasti-dipping the lower valence. Do i need to take out the lower grille in order to do so. Also do i have to remove the entire bumper or whats best?

mine was 400, i bought it from Summitt Racing...

mine was 400, i bought it from Summitt Racing equipment. I had to prime and paint it myself. Im sure you can buy them painted though.

i like it. it gave it that clean look to it where its not completely slammed to the ground but closed up the wheel well gap. I have Pfadt lowering springs and it didn't get it as close as i wanted...

So theres no way you would trade for another Camaro. Im looking to get a 6 speed and i LOVE this car. It'd break my heart to get rid of mine but this thing is SWEET.

But its only the drivers side bulb for both different companies. Im pretty sure the first was oracle. Not sure of the second ones i bought.

Is it possible to get resistors for these bulbs?
