Thats how I plan on putting it back in. It only took a little extra time to pull off the heads. Didnt know how tight it would be with them on.

I broke a lifter so the motor had to come out. Pulled off everything from the heads up and pulled it out of the top.

Oil Pan Rivets

There are 2 on the pan to help keep the gasket in place. Are these necessary and do they need to be re installed once I drill them out throw a new gasket in?

ETA: Also not that I have the motor...

The stroke wasn't the reason it failed. But since the motor had to come out anyways, it's getting replaced with something more suitable. Lifters were LS7

So did I. I knew the limitations of the motor...

So did I. I knew the limitations of the motor when I strapped the supercharger on it. I tore it apart expecting to see a rod bearing are out of it, but found a busted lifter instead.

Pulling it out the top. Not sure what oil pressure was. It sounded like someone dropped a hammer in in the cylinders so I shut it off immediately. 427 by Texas speed, ECS YSi, meth.

I feel your pain. Mine spent about 2 months in the shop. Had to wait on parts a little longer than I expected. Car came out of the shop, put less than 150 miles on it and it went right back in...
