I think it means something is wrong with the train, (possibly the brakes) i read that on another thread on here. keep calling though and hopefully it will only be a short delay.

just fyi my car was in Detroit for 24 hours before moving. it sucks but i guess they have so many trains coming in at once. After Detroit, it was very fast though.
