I just climbed under my 1LE and my subframe bushings are not green. I can see a hard cream/white outer bushing with the rubber insert. :noidea:

It is a black art!

Reducing the size of the front sway bar would increase front grip....BUT with the stock rate front springs couldn't the cause-effect be the inside rear wheel would "lift"...

IMO the stock 1LE suspension is deceivingly compliant on the street but works well at the track. There is still some body roll and dive, but with 1LE 285 Goodyears it works very well.
