Yes, you should be able to pass the NY emission test with the IPF system. Their check is basically the same as Massachusetts. I just had my emission check 2 weeks ago.

Yep, I have followed the V8 thread, I just haven't seen anyone running the Solo V6 HFC question them on their use with a FI setup. I haven't seen anyone with the oem cats have a problem ?
