I installed mine by myself in 4 hours and that included a LOT of breaks and talking to friends. Took damn near 30 minutes to get the left side of my axle back lined up.

It is a straight bolt in if you have stock axles....

It is a straight bolt in if you have stock axles. I believe 1LE axles will not work unless you change the hub. Also, if you use HP Tuners to change your gear ratio and it's a 2010, wait 10-15 minutes...

Got mine installed today too. 4 hours with a LOT of breaks and talking. Wet roads so no spirited driving yet. Maybe tomorrow.
