rocker arm on an angle

is this ok? doesnt look like it. look at the centre of the valve as opposed to the rocker...the tray the rockers sit in looks fine. cranked over the engine a few times and it still sits like this....

I tried amsoil since im a "dealer" and i get it super cheap and it did nothing. Ive tried every possible damn thing except tearing the tranny apart. Ill have to give this a go.

after buying brake clean, carb clean and engine degreaser (not for cylinders), i went to the vet and got like 40 long qtips for free and found some combustion chamber cleaner and small brass...
